Exploring the Drosophila CNS Connectome with napari
During the BrainGlobe track at the Open Software Summer School (OSSS) 2026 in London, I explored the Janelia Male Drosophila Central Nervous System Connectome v1.0 and developed an interactive workflow in napari.
The workflow brings electron microscopy sections together with neuropil regions, reconstructed neurons, and soma locations to explore the connectome using open-source tools.
